Moncler brand sales totalled €1.55 billion (~$1.8 billion) and Stone Island €288 million (~$334.1 million), with both showing sequential improvement in DTC performance. US’ Crocs Q3 2025 revenue drops 6.2%; HeyDude brand weakens further

Crocs’ Q3 2025 revenue fell 6.2 per cent to $996 million, driven by weaker wholesale and HeyDude brand sales. Operating profit and EPS both declined, though DTC revenue rose modestly. The company continued share buybacks and debt repayment. For Q4 2025, Crocs expects an 8 per cent revenue drop, led by HeyDude’s slowdown, with adjusted EPS projected between $1.82 and $1.92.

Finland’s Marimekko Q3 sales up 8% to $59 mn on strong wholesale gains

Finland’s Marimekko Corporation has reported an 8 per cent rise in Q3 2025 net sales to €50.8 million (~$59 million), driven by strong wholesale demand in Finland and abroad. Operating profit rose 13 per cent to €12.5 million (~$14.5 million). For 9M 2025, sales climbed 5 per cent to €134.8 million (~$156.4 million). The company expects continued 2025 growth, led by Asia expansion.

South Korea’s apparel imports dip 1% to $9.1 bn in Jan–Sept

South Korea’s apparel imports declined 1.04 per cent to $9.09 billion in January–September 2025, reflecting weak retail demand and slower consumer spending. Knitted apparel imports rose marginally, while non-knitted categories fell. Textile exports of man-made filaments and knitted fabrics dropped, as producers faced rising costs and competition from China and Vietnam.

US’ Rocky Brands delivers solid Q3 performance with higher sales

Rocky Brands, Inc has reported strong Q3 2025 results, with net sales up 7 per cent YoY to $122.5 million and gross margin improving 210 bps to 40.2 per cent. Net income rose 36.6 per cent to $7.2 million, driven by strong brand demand and pricing strategies. Debt declined 7.5 per cent YoY, while inventories increased 12.7 per cent to support future growth.

US’ Gildan Q3 net sales hit record $911 mn on strong Activewear demand

Gildan Activewear has reported record Q3 2025 results with net sales of $911 million, up 2.2 per cent, and adjusted diluted EPS rising 17.6 per cent to $1. Activewear sales grew 5.4 per cent, driving a record adjusted operating margin of 23.2 per cent. CEO Chamandy highlighted strong execution under the GSG strategy. The firm reaffirmed 2025 guidance and expects to close its HanesBrands merger soon.

India restores import duty exemptions for leather export inputs

India has reinstated import duty exemptions for inputs used in leather and leather goods manufacturing through Notification No. 45/2025–Customs issued on October 24, 2025, effective until March 31, 2026. The exemptions, unavailable since April, will support exporters facing weaker demand amid the US reciprocal tariff regime. India’s leather apparel and accessories exports rose 9.24 per cent in Jan–Jul.

China regains 72% share in Chile’s $1.66 bn apparel imports

Chile’s apparel imports grew notably during January–August 2025, with China further consolidating its dominant position in the market. The country regained its earlier peak share, supported by competitive pricing, broad product offerings, and efficient logistics. Other suppliers such as Bangladesh, Vietnam, and India maintained smaller shares.

According to reports, the non-performing loan ratios of the flagship RMG and textile sectors, considered key drivers of economic growth, stand at 26 per cent and 25 per cent, respectively. Columbia Sportswear’s Q3 2025 net sales rose 1 per cent to $943.4 million, driven by strong Europe-direct growth offset by weaker US DTC sales.
